Nick Heaney, is a student at Cape Cod Community College studying graphic design and fine art; and a graduate of the graphics arts program at Cape Cod Tech in Harwich, MA. As young as his high school years, he won the prestigious silver key in the Boston Globe’s Scholastic Art and Writing Awards; a regional division of a prestigious national program that recognizes the creative talents of students in grades 7 through 12. The program has recognized young writers and artists — including Plath, Warhol, and Redford — for more than 90 years, since 1923. Nick has designed the logo for the town of Harwich "Summer Starts in Harwich" as well as designing the Chatham shark logo which is being used as a clothing line at Mahi Gold in Chatham. Nick is currently working as an artist assistant for Steve Lyons.
